After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking link.
We begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, our Care Team is here for you at clientcare@annoory.com. Please reach out within 12 hours, as changes may not be possible after that.
Yes. An electronic invoice is sent to your email once your order is confirmed.
Returns & Refunds

Yes. You may exchange your piece for a different size, gemstone, or design, depending on availability. Our Care Team is here for you at clientcare@annoory.com.
Yes, most items can be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. Please note, however, that custom-made and engraved jewelry, as well as any items specifically excluded under our policy, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds and store credits are issued within 7 to 10 business days once we receive and approve your return.

Standard shipping is typically 10 to 15 business days.Express shipping is typically 2 to 5 business days.Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please note that custom and made to order pieces may require additional time.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee expedited production times.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. For insurance purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
We always require an adult signature upon delivery for secure shipment, as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or another adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. You can also contact your local courier office to reroute your package to a different address or have it held at their office for pickup at your convenience.

Yes. We love working with clients on custom jewelry. Our Care Team is here for you at clientcare@annoory.com to schedule a consultation and explore your vision in detail. Custom designs, including bridal jewelry, are crafted uniquely for you and are final sale.
