At Annoory, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-6 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 8business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your shipping destination:
🇺🇸 United States: 7–17 business days once the order is placed
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–17 business days business days once the order is placed
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–19 business days business days once the order is placed
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7–19 business days business days once the order is placed

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays or failed deliveries. If we detect an issue with your address, we will attempt to contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address error, a reshipping or return fee may apply.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at clientcare@annoory.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.
Delayed Deliveries
We strive to deliver all orders promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors. If a significant delay occurs before your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Then notify us at clientcare@annoory.com. Although Annoory is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best assist you in filing a claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
Split Shipments
To minimize delivery time, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws applicable in the State of New Jersey, USA. By placing an order, you agree to resolve any shipping-related disputes in accordance with these laws

SHIPPING RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This policy provides important information about shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made from Veridian Flow LLC. Please read carefully, as returns and refunds are only available under limited circumstances.
SHIPPING:
This shipping, returns, and refund policy applies exclusively to the Products offered by Veridian Flow LLC (“Company” or “we”) through its website.
Please note that the purchase and delivery of products are permitted solely to Customers located within our designated shipping territories as detailed on the checkout page.
We may offer different shipping methods, which will be presented during checkout, along with the applicable fees and estimated delivery times. All shipping options are subject to change at our sole discretion.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email or through your Account, as applicable.
All shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are intended for guidance purposes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers and/or postal services, and such delays shall not constitute a breach of our obligations.
Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer.

If technical or operational issues prevent or significantly delay the shipment of your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction to which the Product that you purchased is destined, and we will not be held responsible for your breach of any such law.
ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds except as expressly set forth in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
- Standard Refund Policy: The Customer may return the product within Sixty(60) days from the date of delivery, provided that the product remains unused and is returned in its original, unopened packaging. The Customer shall be responsible for any applicable shipping costs, and the Company reserves the right to impose a processing fee for any return request, as specified on the dedicated Product return page or as disclosed at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company shall inspect the product to confirm that it has not been used and is in its original condition. Subject to such verification, the Company shall, at the Customer's election, either issue a refund to the original method of payment or provide a credit for future purchases on the website.
- Defected Product Refund: if the product you received is defective or damaged, not due to your misuse or neglect (as determined by the Company at its sole discretion) and the Product is in its original condition, we may agree to repair such damage at our sole discretion and subject to our warranty policy. In order to determine the condition of your Product, we may ask you to provide photographs and additional information to assess the issue. If we determine that the Product is indeed defective or damaged, we will provide instructions for return at our expense (we may request you to send us back the Product to the address that we will provide). If we are unable to assess the issue based on the information provided, we may request that the Product be returned in order to evaluate whether a replacement or repair is required. If you request to return your product you must first notify us within 14-days from the day after you received your order, through our "Contact Us" form available at: clientcare@annoory.com. Please note that after the 14-day period has lapsed, you may not return the Product or ask for a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the Product via your original payment method within 10 business days.
For the avoidance of doubt, custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry, as well as items not in their original condition, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, OR REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS.
We will process your return or refund request as soon as reasonably possible. Typically, refunds or replacements will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
NOTE, ALL TIME PERIODS QUOTED IN THIS POLICY FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF THEY END ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BANK HOLIDAY. THIS INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION PERIODS AND THE TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNING GOODS, PROVIDING REFUNDS, ETC. NOTHING IN THIS POLICY IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
