Return & Refund Policy

At Annoory, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging
  • All original components, inserts, and accessories must be included
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days from delivery
  • Returns must be authorized in advance


Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund, except as required by applicable law.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization, please contact us via:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used at checkout - Reason for return
  • (Optional) Photos or videos, especially for defective/damaged items

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • For approved returns, we will provide instructions for shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • You may choose between a refund or store credit

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be declined and returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at clientcare@annoory.com
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible

We do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped. If canceled on time, refunds are issued within 7 business days.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to return it within 14 days, no questions asked, under the EU Cooling-Off Period. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging and all components. Proof of purchase is required.
