Shipping Policy

At Annoory, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $1000.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-6 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 8business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination:

🇺🇸 United States: 4–6 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4–6 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4–12 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 4–12 business days
🇬🇧 Great Britain: 6–12 business days
🇪🇺 EU Countries: 4–6 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 20–25 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays or failed deliveries. If we detect an issue with your address, we will attempt to contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address error, a $15 reshipping or return fee may apply.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at clientcare@annoory.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

Delayed Deliveries

We strive to deliver all orders promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors. If a significant delay occurs before your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Then notify us at clientcare@annoory.com. Although Annoory is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may assist you in filing a claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.

Split Shipments

To minimize delivery time, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws applicable in the State of New Jersey, USA. By placing an order, you agree to resolve any shipping-related disputes in accordance with these laws

Annoory reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version prior to placing an order. By purchasing from Annoory, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
